Policies
Rates are in U.S. Dollars, and do not include a 10% government tax and 10% service charge . Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Once booked, rates are locked in.
50 % deposit is required to secure the reservation and must be received within 7 days. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival full payment is required.
If canceled prior to 60 days of arrival a full refund will be issued minus $100 administration fee. If canceled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided. Travel insurance is recommended.
Maximum Occupancy is 2 people per bedroom, a total of 8 for the villa.
Tranquil Tides Villa is a no smoking villa. We regret that we cannot accommodate pets , or children under the age of 8 .
Payments may be made via wire transfer or certified bank check, American Express, MasterCard or Visa. Credit card surcharge fee applies.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
